Customer Service Associate, Fifth Ave

This role is a client-facing Sales Administration position within a High Jewelry Maison (Van Cleef & Arpels) responsible for managing after-sales service repairs, maintenance, and inventory. The employee will support the sales associates and back office by ensuring accurate statistical information, coordinating with service facilities, and assisting with client communications in a fast-paced luxury environment.
