Customer Service Associate

The Muskingum County Library System is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Associate to provide excellent customer service to patrons, shelve library materials, and maintain the orderliness of library stacks. The role involves performing general customer service functions, operating library automation systems, and assisting customers with electronic devices and computers. The associate may also need to make supervisor-level decisions in the absence of the Customer Service Specialist.
