Customer Service Coordinator

This role is a permanent full-time position based at the Winnellie branch, serving as the primary point of contact for customers regarding equipment solutions. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions via phone, email, or in person, generating schedules and quotes, and coordinating logistics such as deliveries, repairs, and equipment transfers. The ideal candidate will bring strong face-to-face customer service experience and general computer skills, with an interest in the construction, mining, or engineering industries.
