Customer Service Coordinator

A Penske Customer Service Coordinator for our Kent branch is focused on working with customers to schedule preventative maintenance requests, coordinate outside repairs, and plan and manage the shop work plan. The role involves developing workforce plans, communicating with customers for maintenance updates, and ensuring all rental units are maintained and prepared for customers. The associate will also hold vendors accountable for quality and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
