The Customer Service Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for tenants and guests at the College Plaza office tower, ensuring exceptional service and effective resolution of concerns. This role involves managing service requests, coordinating parking and signage, and facilitating communication within the complex. The position also includes organizing promotional events and assuming duties as the Chief Fire Warden.
