Customer Service Director, Pneumatics

The Customer Service Director leads North America Customer Service for the Pneumatics Platform, overseeing teams across four sites and owning the end-to-end order-to-cash customer experience. The role defines and executes customer service strategy aligned with commercial objectives to drive retention, satisfaction, and operational consistency. It partners with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and IT and leads continuous improvement, CRM adoption, and cross-site collaboration.
