This role serves as the bridge between Sales and Operations for IPS China, ensuring customer commitments are delivered from order through delivery. The position focuses on improving the end-to-end customer experience and enabling IPS China’s growth strategy by coordinating internal execution and alignment. It centers on translating customer feedback into internal actions and maintaining visibility into delivery and performance deviations.
