Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager leads the customer service function for Indonesia, ensuring accurate and timely execution of the complete quote-to-book-to-delivery-to-payment process. This role is accountable for customer experience, order-management governance, operational performance, and cross-functional coordination while initially operating as a hands-on manager. As the organization evolves, the incumbent will lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service team members.
