Customer Service Representative, Call Center

Driveway Finance Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent customer service and accurately capturing data. The role involves educating customers on policy terms, preparing documents, and maintaining up-to-date account information. This position reports to the Shared Services Supervisor and operates on a hybrid schedule between 6 am and 7 pm.
