Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)

As a Customer Service Representative at Kemper, you will handle a high volume of incoming telephone inquiries, accurately researching and resolving customer issues with empathy and professionalism. This front-line role requires maintaining service level standards while effectively communicating customer needs and wants. After an initial 90-day period, eligible team members may transition to a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home.
