About this role

This entry-level Order-to-Cash role supports the processing of customer orders and responds to routine customer inquiries with guidance from a Team Lead or experienced colleague. The position provides an opportunity to build strong product knowledge and O2C expertise, with the goal of independently managing a customer portfolio. The role requires on-site presence five days per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

Process standard order-to-cash activities including order entry and delivery follow-up
Keep customers proactively informed of order status and escalate exceptions
Support claim and non-conformance intake with proper documentation
