Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales- Industrial Supply

This role is a customer-focused inside sales and service position supporting The Hope Group’s fluid power and motion control product lines. The position handles customer inquiries, orders, and quotations while maintaining accurate records and pricing in company systems. It also involves assisting with product selection and technical information, coordinating with vendors for non-stock items, and supporting business development activities. Occasional travel to other regional company locations is required.
