Customer Service Representative - Temporary Contract

This contract role involves processing and tracking customer orders received via phone, fax, or mail while partnering with internal departments to manage shipments and delivery schedules. The position requires handling escalated customer inquiries regarding shipment issues, quality, and shortages, as well as maintaining documentation in accordance with SOX compliance. Candidates will maintain system accuracy in JDE or similar ERP systems and coordinate with the Sales and Traffic departments.
