Customer Service Representative

As a Junior Customer Representative at Elavon, a U.S. Bank subsidiary, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and digital channels in Polish and English. This fixed-term maternity cover role supports banking and card-related inquiries, resolves issues during first contact, and escalates complex cases to dedicated teams. You will maintain accurate documentation in internal systems while building professional relationships with customers in an international financial environment.
