Customer Service Representative

The role involves providing excellent customer service through face‑to‑face interactions, phone calls, and email, while supporting sales activities such as order processing, quoting, and product education. The employee will maintain customer relationships, coordinate shipments, handle warranties and returns, and collaborate with the Branch Manager and other departments to ensure satisfaction and accurate record‑keeping.
