Customer Service Representative

This role involves serving as the primary contact for Czech-speaking travelers and property partners on a world-leading online travel platform, assisting with inquiries, modifying bookings, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. The position is fully remote within Greece and requires fluent Czech and intermediate English skills to handle customer care, reservation handling, and partner relations. Candidates will receive complete paid training from day one, making prior travel sector experience optional.
