Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative serves as a key liaison between Cosentino and its customers, managing inquiries related to pricing, inventory, delivery schedules, and invoicing. This role involves processing purchasing orders, resolving customer issues from order to delivery, and maintaining account receivables to ensure excellent service. The position also requires supporting the sales team with sample shipments, stock checks, and showroom management.
