Customer Service Representative

This role involves handling inbound calls from agents, customers, and stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions using knowledge of company products and policies. The position requires strong patience, professionalism, and empathy while managing approximately 65–75 calls per day. Employees will also be responsible for maintaining account books, correcting errors, and acting as a subject matter expert or mentor to less experienced staff.
