Customer Service Representative

Slaymaker Electric & Motor is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the face of the business by providing outstanding service to customers over the phone and in person. This full-time role combines customer service, administrative support, and light warehouse responsibilities to help keep the service department running efficiently. The position involves managing repair orders, coordinating with technicians, and occasionally operating a forklift to move motors throughout the shop.
