Customer Service Representative

This role provides support for the Honda account at a client vehicle service center, handling customer service inquiries and general office functions. The position involves answering calls, analyzing reports, reconciling financials, and supporting management with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. The representative will also assist with fleet analytics, vehicle inventory reporting, and processing company and associate vehicles.
