Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing product knowledge, recommendations, and exceptional service to help landscape contractors build successful businesses. This role involves greeting walk-in and phone customers, preparing sales orders, assisting with merchandise selection and loading, and resolving customer complaints professionally. The position also includes making follow-up calls to solicit additional business and performing general warehouse duties such as receiving, shipping, and operating a forklift.
