Customer Service Representative

This position is responsible for receiving and filling customer orders for teeth and related parts, ensuring same-day shipment and maintaining 100% accuracy. The role involves interacting with sales representatives to track order status and handling customer inquiries regarding orders, billing, and shipments. Additional duties include inventory control, replenishment, and participating in periodic inventory counts.
