Customer Service Representative

Huntington Learning Center is seeking enthusiastic Inbound Contact Center Representatives to assist parents with initial inquiries and set up student academic evaluations. This remote role involves using active listening and consultative selling skills to provide superior customer service and educate clients on tutoring and test prep services. Representatives will work in a professional environment with varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support the company's K to 12 learning centers across the United States.
