Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative provides essential support to the Inside Sales Staff and Branch Management Team while learning key business areas to position for future growth. This role is responsible for order entry and maintenance, reporting, backlog review, and spreadsheet administration, while also offering backup support to the sales team to help grow sales with certain accounts. Success in this position requires managing multiple daily tactical priorities at a quick pace and collaborating with the inside team to build solid relationships with people, customers, and suppliers.
