Customer Service Representative

This role provides quality service to members within defined service standards for projected call volumes, assigned to various workgroups based on call types. The position requires comprehensive knowledge of all credit union products and services to deliver exceptional member service and meet established service goals. Employees are expected to educate, promote, and sell credit union products based on identified needs while maintaining high-quality service standards.
