Customer Service Representative

Lamb and Associates Packaging Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to effectively process customer orders and maintain high levels of communication with customers, sales representatives, and production. The role requires attention to detail, proficiency in industry-standard software, and the ability to manage customer accounts and inventory levels. Experience in the corrugated packaging industry is preferred but not necessary.
