Customer Service Representative

This role involves responding to customer queries via telephone or email and monitoring inboxes to ensure timely completion within agreed service levels. The position requires performing callbacks to verify customer instructions and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within specified timeframes. The successful candidate will participate in team meetings and fulfill additional responsibilities as outlined by the Team Leader.
