Customer Service Representative

This position provides excellent customer service and support to customers, sales representatives, and distributors for the company's products. The role involves processing daily orders, handling return authorizations and credit memos, and resolving customer discrepancies in a timely manner. The representative will also collaborate with accounting on account setup and collections while maintaining accurate paperwork and invoicing.
