Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and overseeing the daily operations of three recreation centers during evening, weekend, and select weekday hours. The role involves managing facility rentals, assisting patrons with registrations, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for the public and staff.
