Customer Service Representative

This role involves consulting with customers to understand their scheduling needs and determine the best options while maintaining excellent verbal communication skills. The position requires adapting to different customer types and using positive language to represent the company. It is a full-time, remote position with a dedicated home office workspace and specific internet and power requirements. Training is provided on the first shift, with subsequent schedules on the second shift, Monday through Friday.
