Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative manages critical customer issues during supply disruptions and service challenges, coordinating recovery plans and proactively communicating updates to minimize customer impact. This fully onsite role works cross-functionally with teams such as Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales to ensure timely resolution of at-risk orders and protect key customer relationships. The position is based in Milton, Ontario, and runs as a contract until March 2027.
