Customer Service Representative

This position is responsible for promoting outstanding customer service and providing front-line support for contract manufacturing customers. The role involves managing customer orders, handling quotes and pricing, and serving as the primary point of contact for customer communications and custom manufacturing instructions. The incumbent will partner with internal teams to ensure customer service expectations are met and exceeded.
