Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative provides high-quality support to ensure the smooth operation of the Customer Service department and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams. This role involves managing end-to-end order fulfillment, monitoring sterilization and shipment schedules, and processing customer invoicing and credit notes. The position requires acting as a key liaison between customers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure efficient product processing and adherence to turnaround times.
