Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative serves as a key liaison between customers and the company, handling inquiries related to pricing, product availability, inventory, delivery schedules, order confirmations, invoicing, and collections. This role involves processing and monitoring customer orders, resolving issues from order to delivery, and maintaining customer account receivables. The position also includes providing customer support via phone, face-to-face, and email, as well as supporting the sales team with sample shipments and stock checks.
