Bauer Welding & Metal Fabricators is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to assist customers with purchase orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely product delivery. The role involves entering orders into the ERP system, serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to fulfill orders accurately. This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing and requires strong communication and organizational skills.
