Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative serves as a key liaison between customers and Cosentino, managing inquiries related to pricing, inventory, delivery schedules, and invoicing. This role involves processing purchasing orders, resolving customer issues from order to delivery, and maintaining account receivables. The position also includes providing product information, scheduling showroom visits, and supporting the sales team with sample shipments and stock checks.
