Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative serves as a front-line position responsible for processing payments for utility bills, rents, and permits, as well as handling applications for new utility services. This role involves providing information and assistance to customers, the general public, and City staff while performing data entry, billing, and public contact tasks. The position also includes maintaining files and records and performing related duties as required.
