Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients by handling inbound and outbound calls within the Servicing Department. The role involves researching customer inquiries, collecting mortgage payments, and resolving routine to moderately complex problems. This position also supports annual escrow analysis, payoff requests, and other departmental tasks to promote customer loyalty.
