Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist at Asahi Beer USA / Octopi Brewing, you will support the Supply Chain Manager in maintaining smooth end-to-end operations from the brewery to customers across assigned states. The role focuses on ensuring order accuracy, resolving complaints, and building strong customer relationships while gaining visibility into supply chain and international distribution processes.
