Customer Service Supervisor

The Customer Service Supervisor ensures an excellent customer service experience for patrons of the Jerry Falwell Library by directly supervising the Learning Commons department staff. This role involves managing employee schedules, designing training programs, and maintaining library resources and facilities. The position also requires serving as a shift supervisor, assisting with customer inquiries, and enforcing emergency response plans.
