Customer Service Technician

This role provides high-quality face-to-face customer service through the installation, maintenance, and repair of customer premise equipment, outside plant facilities, and critical infrastructure. The technician partners with internal and external customers to ensure timely service while maintaining a professional demeanor. Responsibilities include coordinating and performing technical tasks for communication, broadband, and television services across residential, rural, and business locations.
