Customer Service

The role is responsible for ensuring an agile, timely, and high‑quality service experience for industrial customers in Bogotá, handling purchase orders, inquiries, complaints, and logistical follow‑up throughout the commercial process. The position reports to the Country Manager and involves managing SAP orders, coordinating with internal areas, and maintaining clear communication with clients.
