Customer Service

This role serves as the initial guest contact and key data entry clerk for the ACE Club database, focusing on identifying valuable guests and developing loyalty programs. The position involves assisting with guest reservations, issuing complimentary items, and providing excellent service through clear communication of marketing activities and promotions. The individual will also handle cash transactions for event ticket sales and maintain inventory for redemption items.
