Customer Services Rep IV

The Customer Services Rep IV works under the direction of the Team Manager to interpret Texas Vital Statistics statutes and review customer applications for vital records such as births, deaths, marriages, and divorces. This role involves resolving complex customer service issues, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and maintaining accurate records within the Texas Electronic Vital Events Registrar (TxEVER) system. The position also includes training other representatives and evaluating processes to enhance public service effectiveness.
