Customer Solution Engineering Director

The Customer Solution Engineering Director is a senior technical leadership role responsible for establishing Vertiv as a trusted engineering partner to strategic data center customers across Asia. The role leads customer-facing engineering engagement from early-stage requirements through solution development and technical validation, connecting customer needs with Vertiv's product portfolio and technology roadmap. This position involves building trusted technical relationships with hyperscalers, colocation providers, and other strategic customers while partnering internally with Product Management, Sales, and Operations.
