Customer Success Director, Captives

The Customer Success Director, Captives will build and manage Accelerant’s Captive practice by serving as the primary client liaison for operational, contractual, and collateral matters. This role ensures timely execution of deals, including the establishment of trusts, letters of credit, and the settlement of cessions, while overseeing the end-to-end onboarding of new captives. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams such as Legal, Treasury, and Finance to maintain financial discipline and drive operational success across the portfolio.
