Customer Success – Lead Payroll Analyst

The Lead Payroll Analyst serves as the single point of operational accountability for payroll delivered through a managed-service model, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance without directly executing payroll. This role governs vendor performance, validates system outputs, and resolves discrepancies by manually calculating payroll scenarios and conducting root cause analysis. The position requires strong collaboration with internal HR, Finance, and HRIS teams as well as external vendors to maintain payroll integrity and support complex expatriate and tax reporting requirements.
