Customer Success Lead

The Customer Success Lead owns the post-sale relationship for Rafio, an AI agent designed for local governments and utilities, driving adoption through hands-on technical integration and onboarding. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and the platform team, ensuring customer trust, usage growth, and retention while building scalable success processes. The position reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for expanding the customer base and revenue through strategic account management.
