Customer Success Manager-Mulesoft

A Customer Success Manager within Salesforce’s Signature Success team who serves as the primary contact for the company’s largest, highest-profile customers. The role focuses on understanding customers’ business goals and technical environments to maximize value from their MuleSoft (or comparable) integrations and Salesforce investments. The position represents the customer internally, supports mission-critical events, and helps drive long-term adoption and renewal.
