Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager at Capital Markets Gateway is responsible for owning and growing relationships with buy-side and sell-side clients using CMG’s equity capital markets platform. The role focuses on becoming a platform expert, partnering closely with customers to maximize value, and identifying new use cases and whitespace opportunities. The position also serves as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product direction and collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering. Based in Brno, this role sits at the intersection of product, commercial strategy, and client impact within a high-growth fintech environment.
